All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal cancellation, schedule conflict, or failure to attend the event.

Each ticket holder must comply with the maximum entry time stated on the selected ticket. Entry after the maximum entry time may be subject to a late fee of IDR 100,000.

The late fee is only valid for one hour after the maximum entry time. For example, if the maximum entry time is 11:00 PM, the late fee period applies until 12:00 AM.

After the late fee period ends, late entry payments will no longer be accepted and all entry decisions will be redirected to the Final Door Charge policy.

Poppin Class reserves the right to refuse entry for guests who violate event rules, safety standards, venue policy, or ticket terms.
